TSPSC VRO Hall ticket 2018 Syllabus Exam Pattern: Telangana State Public Service Commission is going to conduct written examination for Village Revenue Officer (VRO) recruitment notification no. 13/2018, Dt.02/06/2018. The test is scheduled on 16 September 2018. Earlier TSPSC completed application process for 700 VRO posts from 08 June to 02 July 2018. TSPSC released Hall ticket for this examination just 7 days before examination i.e. 09 Sep 2018. The Hall tickets for VRO Exam can be downloaded from 0 Sep 2018 onwords using official site tspsc.gov.in.

Important dates:

  • VRO Exam date: 16 Sep 2018.
  • VRO Hall ticket release date: 09 Sep 2018

The exam will be held at Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Mahabubnagar, Warangal, Medak, Khammam, Nalgonda, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad centres or as decided by commission.

Minimum Qualifying marks:

  • OCs: 40%
  • BCs: 35% 
  • SCs and STs: 30%.

TSPSC VRO Admit card 2018 will be released online. Candidates have to download them by entering their details at the site.

TSPSC VRO Syllabus 2018 & Exam Pattern:

VRO Exam will be having 150 questions carrying 150 marks with time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes. The subject of the paper is General Knowledge and Secretarial Abilities. 75 questions are to be asked from General Knowledge and 75 from Secretarial Abilities. The language of the paper will be English and Telugu.

1) Current affairs: International, National, Regional
2) General Science: science in everyday life and Environmental Issues and Disaster
3) Geography and Economy of India and Telangana.
4) Indian Constitution - Salient Features, Indian Political System , Government, Panchayat
Raj and Rural Development
5) Modern Indian History with a focus on Indian National Movement.
6) History of Telangana and Telangana Movement.
7) Society, Culture, Heritage, Arts and Literature of Telangana.
8) Policies of Telangana State.
9) Ethics, Sensitivity to Gender and weaker sections, social awareness.

Secretarial Abilities - 75 Questions:
1) Basic English (8th Standard)
2) Mental Ability. (verbal and non-verbal).
3) Logical Reasoning
 4) Numerical abilities
 5) Arithmetical abilities
