Pay Scale:

  • Officer Junior Management Scale-I: 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700.
  • Officer Scale 2: 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100
  • Office Assistant:7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300 (20 years)

Salary / Emoluments:

  • Officer Scale-I: Rs.31363/-, 
  • Officer Scale-II: Rs. 41962/-
  • Office Assistant: Rs. 18428/- 

DA & HRA at the current rates depending on the place of
posting. Medical Aid, LTC, Gratuity etc. will be admissible as per Rules of the Bank. (All subject to Revision).

Probation Period -  Officer Scale 1, 2 will be put in probation period of 2 years and Office Assistants in 1 year.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent & Candidates must have passed Hindi as one of the subjects at Matriculation Standard.

Language Proficiency - The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office
Assistants –(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State
/ UT i.e. MARATHI (The condition does not apply for the posts of Officer Scale II ). For
ensuring proficiency in local language, the candidate should have –
a. Local language at 10th Std level
b. Native language at 10th Std level
c. Local language at any level up to graduation level

Age Limit: candidate’s age should be between 18-28 years. Age relaxation will be as per rules.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on Shortlisting on the basis of performance in RRBs-CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September 2014 & Personal Interview. Those candidates who apply for this recruitment, will be shortlisted based on their scores and called for interview. The total marks for Interview will be 30.The minimum qualifying marks for interview is 12.
