APGVB Recruitment 2015 - Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank Notification

APGVB Recruitment 2015 for 547 posts of Officers and Office Assistants - Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank had released a recruitment advertisement for 547 Officer Scale 1, 2, 3 and Office Assistant vacancies for its various operations. Only those candidates can apply who have appeared in the Online Common Written Examination (CWE)-III for Regional Rural Banks (RRB) conducted by IBPS during September 2014 and have been declared qualified. Language Proficiency in Telugu is desired. Eligible candidates can apply from 20.01.2015 to 04.02.2015. More details of APGVB Notification 2015 are given below.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be above 21 years and below 40 years for Officer Scale-III, above 21 years to below 32 years for Officer Scale-II, above 18 years to below 28 years for Officer Scale-I, between 18 years and 28 years for Office Asst (Multipurpose) as on 01-06-2014. Age Relaxations are applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent for S.No-1, 2, 8 & 9
Degree from a recognized University in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology for S.No. 7
Certified Associate ship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for S.No. 3 & 5
Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent for S.No. 4, MBA in Marketing from a recognized university for S.No-6.

Important Dates:

  • Starting Date for Online Registration for APGVB Recruitment 2015 - 20 January, 2015.
  • Last Date for Online Registration - 4 January, 2015.

Probation Period -  Officer Scale 1, 2, 3 will be put in probation period of 2 years and Office Assistants in 1 year.

Language Proficiency - The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office
Assistants –(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State
/ UT ie.Telugu (The condition does not apply for the posts of Officer Scale II ). For
ensuring proficiency in local language, the candidate should have –
a. Local language at 10th level
b. Native language at 10th level
c. Local language at any level up to graduation level.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on Shortlisting on the basis of performance in RRBs-CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September 2014 & Personal Interview. Those candidates who apply for this recruitment, will be shortlisted based on their scores and called for interview. The total marks for Interview will be 30.The minimum qualifying marks for interview is 12. The Interviews may be held at WARANGAL or HYDERABAD or VISAKHAPATANAM and the complete address of the venue will be advised through e-mails. The address of the venues will also be displayed on the Bank’s website one week before the date for commencement of Interviews.

How to Apply for APGVB Recruitment 2015

Interested Eligible candidates can apply online for the recruitment of APGV Bank from 20 January, 2015 to February 4, 2015. Here are the steps on how to apply online for Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank Recruitment 2015.
(i) Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
(ii) Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- CWE III conducted in September/October 2014) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.
(iii) Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website and click on the link “Career”.
(iv) Thereafter, click on link for online registration.
(v) Carefully fill in the details in the Online Application Form.
The Application printout along and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for Interview.

List of Documents required for interview:
The applicant should sign and affix his/her photograph on such printout of application and keep the
same ready for submission if selected for Interview along with copies of required documents
mentioned below:
1. Printout of the online application submitted for Interview.
2. Printout of IBPS Score card for the stipulated examination.
3. 10th standard examination Mark sheet / certificates up to Graduation level in support of
Telugu language.
4. Attested copy of School leaving certificate or any other document as proof of age
acceptable to the Bank.
5. Attested copies of Mark sheets / certificates in support of Educational Qualification;
6. Attested copy of certificate of Computer Course, as applicable;
7. Caste / PWD any other related certificate as applicable.
8. Photo identity proof.
