IBPS Clerk Pay Scale

Pay Scale of IBPS Clerk: 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1-30230-1310/1-31540
IBPS Clerk basic pay for new recruit will be Rs. 11765. Up to 3 years, they get promotion in their basic pay of Rs. 655 every year till the basic pay becomes Rs. 13730. After the next 3 years, they get 3 promotions in their basic pay as it increases 815 per year to reach to Rs. 16175. After that, they get Rs. 980 increment per year for 4 years till their basic pay reaches 20095. This process continues till the basic pay reaches Rs. 31540.

A clerk have to do customer handling operations, debits, credits, transactions, inquiries, withdrawal, cash collection, opening new bank accounts, issuing bank statements etc.

Career Growth:
